Delivery Times and Charges

Kawamura uses Bpost for all international orders and domestic orders.

 

All orders from €59.99 are shipped free within Belgium. Returns not following the recommended procedure may incur a €7 handling and customs fee, payable by the customer.

Kawamura will charge a delivery cost of €12.00 in the rest of Europe. 

Belgium : 1-3 Working days 

Rest of Europe   : 5-7 Working Days

An e-mail will be sent to you, allowing you to track your package with a track and trace code.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase just send it back to us, in its original and unworn condition, within 7 days of receipt in Belgium and 14 days for international orders. We will send out replacement goods or refund you the purchase price. Parcels that are returned to us remain the customers responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage and that you clearly label your parcel as return. Failure to do so may incur further handling and customs fees which are sole responsibility of the customer. Kawamura will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 8 days of receipt.

Taxes and Duties

Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
